Who is responsible for the passport?
You are — the economic operator placing the battery on the EU market remains legally responsible. Collecta gives you the tools to build, host and register it, and can register on your behalf with your permission.
Can I trust the AI with compliance data?
The AI suggests; you decide. Every mapped value shows a confidence level, and nothing is published until you review it.
Do my suppliers need a Collecta account?
No. They receive a link showing exactly what data is needed and can upload their files without creating an account.
Do we need an integration project to start?
No. Most teams can start with spreadsheets. ERP or API integration can be added later.
What does getting started look like?

Can we register battery passports in the EU Registry yet?
